Founded by an intrepid nature enthusiast, Château emerged from a personal need for expert care of unique pets and plants. As our founder travelled for work and to explore remote destinations, she sought knowledgeable and reliable care for her tropical fish and reptiles, indoor plants and exceptionally affectionate ginger cat.
Drawing on her academic background and close involvement in nature-oriented communities, she selected a team of kind-hearted individuals who hold personal ownership experience. All Château members share a deep respect for animals, plants and the ecosystems they inhabit, united by a commitment to nurturing our natural world.

Consistency is important for both you and your pets. We assign no more than three Custodians to your home, contacting your Primary Custodian first for familiar comfort.
